Sue has been studying group and organisational dynamics for years, and is highly skilled in team and group facilitation. She is particularly interested in how unconscious beliefs in an organisation interact with its emotional life and performance.

Sue is firmly convinced of the value of peer learning and support. She has facilitated many Action Learning Sets and has trained many internal developers in ALS facilitation skills. She has a keen interest in complexity theory and its application to organisational development, and has designed some very effective large-system interventions.

We bring on board as required highly experienced organisational consultants who work in tandem with us. This enables us to offer a rich mix of talents and expertise from amongst colleagues who share a common belief in the value of people, and who have invested heavily in their own skills.

The programme was flexible and much less prescriptive than I have found other consultants. Preparation at all stages was meticulous and specifically aimed at meeting the needs of each group.
